At ResumePedia, we take pride in delivering high-quality, professional resume writing and related services. Since all our services are custom-created and delivered digitally, our refund and return policy differs from that of physical products.
All resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, and other deliverables are tailor-made for each client. Once work has started, refunds are generally not possible unless specific conditions are met.
A refund may be granted if:
You cancel your order before we have started working on your project.
We are unable to deliver the first draft within the agreed time frame, and you have not requested an extension.
Refund requests must be submitted to support@myresumepedia.com within 24 hours of placing your order for consideration.
Refunds will not be issued if:
The first draft has already been delivered.
You fail to provide the required details or documents needed to begin work.
You request a refund due to a change of mind after work has started.
You do not respond to our communications within 10 days, resulting in delays or project closure.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
